Friday afternoon site tasks

Friday afternoon at work can be a quiet time. Maybe people have already left for the day or those who are still working are winding down. This can be a great time to get some work done without distractions.

If you need to focus, Friday afternoon is often the best time to do it. There are fewer people around to interrupt you and the quiet environment can help you concentrate. If you are running a website there are a few tasks that always need to be done and it is a great time to get them done.

  1. Review website analytics to see what pages are being visited the most and make sure they are up-to-date.
  2. Check for any broken links on the website and fix them.
  3. Go through the website content and make sure all of the information is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Review the website design to see if there are any areas that can be improved.
  5. Write and publish a blog post or article on the website.
  6. Promote the website on social media platforms.
  7. Respond to any customer inquiries or comments that have been left on the website.
  8. Update the website’s security settings.
  9. Back up the website’s data.
  10. Monitor the website’s traffic and performance.
